Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Fernando Sifuentes Cáceres, operating as ORILLA Salud in Lima, Peru. For questions about your data or requests for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email fernando@orillasalud.com.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address and answers to 18 multiple-choice questions about your project. We use this information to verify access to your email address, calculate and display your results, and email you a copy. We also record your acceptance of this notice and the date you accepted it.
Your name and email address are required to receive your results. We request consent through an unchecked checkbox. If you do not consent, you can read the questions, but we will not process the delivery of your results.
We store your assessment language so that verification and result emails stay in English or Spanish throughout the session.
No patient information
Do not enter identifiable patient information. We do not request or accept medical records, photographs, test results, files or case descriptions. Assessment answers are multiple-choice selections stored as numbers. Enter text only in the name, email address and verification code fields.
Verification and security
The code expires in 10 minutes and allows a maximum of five attempts. An essential, protected cookie links verification to your browser for up to 24 hours. To limit email requests, we use identifiers derived from your IP address and email address. We do not store a readable IP address in this tool’s database.
Services involved
Our website hosting and database services support the assessment. Resend processes the recipient’s email address and the content of verification and result messages to deliver them. These providers may process data outside Peru. We do not use your answers to train AI models.

Retention
Your session and access to the results expire 24 hours after you request the code. Expired assessment records are automatically deleted the next time the service receives a request. Email sending limits are calculated hourly, and expired records of those limits are cleared in the same way. The copy in your inbox remains under your control.
No automatic subscriptions
We do not ask for a phone number or add you to a newsletter or marketing list. The WhatsApp button opens a conversation only when you select it. You can review the message before sending it.
What the results mean
The assessment offers guidance based on your answers. It is not a certification, clinical validation, regulatory authorization or approval to start a pilot. It does not replace a review of the project’s context, evidence, responsibilities and risks.
