Current areas of work
Projects in development.
Current proposals, research and prototypes.
The status of each project is shown below.
A digital health proposal for Tumbes
Developing a proposal for digital health and telehealth across 24 healthcare facilities, covering local needs, electronic health records, clinical workflows and phased implementation.
Scope and status +
This proposal is being developed for potential discussion with Peru’s Ministry of Health (MINSA) and the regional government, with a view to possible adoption. It has not been approved or implemented.
Evaluating AI for clinical documentation
Developing synthetic cases, reference answers and scoring rubrics to examine the accuracy and completeness of AI-generated documentation, how well assistants retain context and their limitations in teleconsultations.
Scope and status +
This benchmark is in development. Independent clinical review is still pending. Clinical validation is not complete. The benchmark does not authorize use in patient care.
Reviewing rules used in medical audit
Preparing a proposal to review and prioritize medical audit rules, taking account of their complexity, dependencies and audit trail.
Scope and status +
This is a proposal in preparation. No contract has been awarded, no client engagement is confirmed and the project has not been implemented.
Structured follow-up after surgery
A working prototype for protocol-based postoperative follow-up, exploring how to support continuity of care after surgery.
Scope and status +
The first clinical pilot is being prepared, and a pilot site is being sought. There are no completed-pilot results or demonstrated clinical benefits to report.
